After you’ve registered on Quicket for #AIJC2020, please download the Whova App. The organising team will add you to AIJC’s platform on Whova within 24 hours of your registration on Quicket. Once you’ve been granted access you will be able to view the conference’s programme; plan your schedule, and view all live sessions, among many other features.
How to view all live sessions
Once you’re in the app (on mobile or desktop) click on “Community”
An “All Topics” window tab will open up with a list of “topics”. “Ask Organizers Anything” and “Organizer Announcements” will always appear at the top of this list.
You will find all announcements and links to live sessions from the AIJC Team inside the “Organizer Announcement” tab. Links to live sessions will be announced at 12:00 GMT+2 daily, except on days when there are earlier sessions, these types of announcements will be made earlier.
From today, October 7, 2020, live session links for all panel discussions will also be added to the sessions on the programme at 12:00 GMT+2.
However, live session links to training, workshop or masterclass sessions will not be added to the sessions on the programme. You will only find these links under “Organizer Announcements.”
