The African Investigative Journalism Conference is Africa’s Premier annuel investigative journalism conference.

The African Investigative Journalism Conference is an annual event organized by the Journalism Programme of the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University). It is Africa’s premier investigative journalism conference. The conference gives African and international investigative journalists an opportunity to learn new skills, hear about the top investigative stories and share experiences.

We Seek Afric’s best investigative reporting and training

We are looking for Africa’s best work to showcase at the conference. We have joined forces with our friends at fojo Media Institute at Linnaeus University to survey investigative journalism hubs in sub-Saharan Africa.M

If you have great and interesting work you want to present, or you know of work that should get more attention, or you have tools and techniques that you want to share, please tell us.

Fill in the below form and we will be in touch with you to see if we can accommodate it in the conference. And, if you are from Sub-Saharan Africa, we will share the information with our friends at fojo as part of the important plan to map the continent’s investigative journalism and build our continental network.
