The 2025 African Investigative Journalism Conference takes place from 5 – 7 November at Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa. Join the continent’s leading investigative journalists, editors, experts and scholars for three days of engagement, networking and masterclasses.

The conference fee includes full access to the three-day programme and includes lunches (and coffee/tea), and the African Investigative Journalist of the Year Award formal gala dinner on 6 November.

 

BULK DISCOUNTS

Please note that bulk discounts are available for 5 to 9, and 10+ ticket purchases. Use the promo codes AIJC2025-FIVE (5-9 tickets, 15% off) and AIJC2025-TEN (10+ tickets, 20% off) respectively during the ticket purchase process. Only one promo code can be used per transaction.

IMPORTANT: When making bulk ticket purchases, please ensure that the name of each ticket holder corresponds with the name of the actual person who will be using the ticket during the conference. Each ticket must be attributed to an individual name. The ticket purchaser will need to register each attendee via Quicket.

 

STUDENTS AND FREELANCERS

Students and freelancers will receive 50% off the standard ticket price, but must apply directly with the organisers. Students can email proof of registration, while freelancers can submit proof of freelance status to aijc@journalism.co.za. Upon confirmation, applicants will receive a discounted promo code to use during purchase.
